Peer Review Process

The journal applies a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published manuscripts. The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. The peer-review process consists of the following stages:

  1. Initial Submission Check
All submitted manuscripts are first checked by the editorial team for compliance with the journal’s focus and scope, author guidelines, manuscript format, originality, and basic academic requirements.
  2. Editorial Screening
The Editor in Chief or Managing Editor conducts an initial editorial assessment. Manuscripts that are outside the journal’s scope, do not meet the basic requirements, or have significant academic deficiencies may be rejected without external peer review.
  3. Section Assignment
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to an appropriate Section Editor based on the subject area, research topic, and methodology.
  4. Reviewer Selection
The Section Editor selects at least two qualified reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers are selected based on their academic expertise, publication record, and experience in reviewing scholarly manuscripts. Reviewers must have no conflict of interest with the authors or the submitted manuscript.
  5. Double-Blind Review
The manuscript is reviewed anonymously by the selected reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, relevance, theoretical foundation, methodology, analysis, discussion, conclusions, references, and overall academic contribution.
  6. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the Section Editor’s assessment, the manuscript may receive one of the following decisions:
    • Accept Submission
    • Minor Revision
    • Major Revision
    • Decline Submission
  7. Revision Process
If revisions are required, the authors must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ and editors’ comments. Authors may be required to provide a point-by-point response explaining how each comment has been addressed.
  8. Second Review
Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers or evaluated by the Section Editor, depending on the extent of the required revisions. Additional rounds of review may be conducted when necessary.
  9. Final Decision
The Editor in Chief makes or confirms the final editorial decision based on the reviewers’ evaluations, the Section Editor’s recommendation, and the quality of the revised manuscript.
  10. Copyediting and Layout
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting and layout. The manuscript is checked for language, consistency, formatting, and technical requirements before publication.
  11. Publication
The final version is published according to the journal’s publication schedule after all editorial, technical, and ethical requirements have been fulfilled.

The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts at any stage if substantial academic, ethical, plagiarism, or publication-related concerns are identified. Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality, provide objective and constructive evaluations, and declare any potential conflict of interest.
